To be a registered voter in Guam, you must meet the following qualifications:
Not confined to a mental institution
Not judicially declared incompetent
Not committed under a sentence of imprisonment
A citizen of the United States
18 years of age by the day set for an election
A resident of Guam
Not Sure if You're Registered?
The Guam Election Commission allows voters to check if they're registered. All you need is your first name, last name, and date of birth.
